We are thrilled to announce that Static IP support is officially live for Kentik Synthetics Global Agents!

Managing network access, firewalls, and allowlists just got a whole lot easier. If your testing relies on fixed source IPs to get past strict firewall rules or internal access control lists (ACLs), this update is designed specifically for you.

• Filter by Static IP: Effortlessly search and filter the Global Agents list to isolate agents configured with static IP addresses.

• Agent Details View: Instantly view assigned static IP addresses directly within the Agent Details panel for fast verification and allowlist configuration.

• Streamlined Test Creation: Select agents with confidence! You can now filter for static IP agents directly within the Test Creation workflow, ensuring your synthetic tests run smoothly through locked-down gateways.

In a follow up release, you will be able to retrieve the list of global agent static IPs via the API.
